I'm Jess
A witch, an astrologer,
a healer, and a brand strategist
I'm the woman behind Wildflower Woman, and I built this because I needed it.
I've spent over 15 years in the world of branding and marketing helping companies define who they are, what they stand for, and how to make people genuinely feel something. I know what works. I also know why most of it leaves women like us feeling hollow.
Strategy without soul is just noise. And soul without strategy stays invisible. I spent years living in that gap: holding deep wisdom and genuine gifts, but struggling to articulate them, trust them, or put them into the world without shrinking.
So I did the inner work alongside the outer work. The somatic healing. The shadow work. The astrology. The intuitive development. And then I built the frameworks to weave it all into something that actually helps women build brands they're proud of. Brands that grow because they're real, not because they followed a formula.
This is that work. And I'm so glad you're here.

A note on AI & how I work with it
You deserve to know exactly how I show up for you and why every word, teaching, and insight in this program comes from a real human who has lived it.
This is my belief: the knowing is already inside of you. My job is to help you slow down enough to hear it. That's a deeply human process, and it always will be.
I do not use AI in my 1:1 or class work. Ever.
This program is built on an inner authority & human-first approach. I believe the wisdom you need is already within you, we just create the conditions for you to access it. AI has no place in that sacred process. All teaching, guidance, responses, and support you receive from me are entirely my own.
I do not use AI to create imagery, content, or interpret your information.
Every word you read from me, in this program, in my content, in our sessions, comes from my own experiences, voice, and hard-won knowledge. Whatever we speak about is never run through any AI program to interpret or provide information.
I use AI to transcribe our sessions so I can be fully present with you.
I use Zoom to transcribe meetings so I can give you my complete, undivided attention instead of splitting my focus to take notes. The transcription stays with me to summarize & share with you as needed. It is never used to train AI or shared externally.
I use AI to help me organize my teachings, not to create them.
I live with executive function challenges, and I use Claude as an organizational tool to help me structure and clearly present what I already know. Every thought, subject, and teaching in this program originates entirely from my own experiences and expertise. AI simply helps me lay it out in a way that's clear and accessible for you.

A podcast for women who are in the messy, beautiful, uncomfortable middle of becoming. Each episode is an honest conversation, sometimes an interview with a woman building something real, sometimes a solo deep-dive into the themes we explore together in the work.
We talk about branding and business, but we also talk about the fear of being seen, the grip of hustle culture, what astrology actually tells us about how we're wired, and what it means to trust yourself when everyone else has an opinion.
